Over twenty years ago, on the outskirts of Seattle, Washington; within the small town of Cedar Falls, one Mister Victor Henley decided to establish an important business, The Henley Centre. This establishment provides many needs for the youth of the surrounding community, which is plagued with both a high level of drug addiction, as well as prostitution. As it has become one of the most prominent establishments for rehabilitation in the country, the Henley Centre provides education, housing, and rehabilitation for its many young residents. However, nothing is quite as it seems in this small community; while many patrons attempt to change, others are forced to look for the truth in the midst of their Obscured Visions.
