Tom has shaggy brown that always flops into his face, but it doesn't bother him so much. He keeps it really messy, because he doesn't worry about his looks.
His eyes are a dark icy grey, almost like storm clouds that always reflect his personality. There very glassy, but it's rare that they are seen, because he hides them under his sunglasses, most of the time. Most of his style is usually casual and laid back.
Only occasionally will her wear something special, that made him look powerful. He doesn't really care about what others think of him unless they openly state it and then he gets all up in their faces angrily. Usually he just wears sweatpants and/or jeans with a tee-shirt and dark robes during DE meetings.
He doesn't like to be extravagant all the time, because he might draw too much attention to himself. His eyes often express his personality and/or mood which is usually mischevious and hateful.

His greatest weakness is death of himself, and never knowing love or friendship. He excels well in all types of magic that he has studied that should never be meddled with for example; Parseltongue and Legilimens (often his pleasure to break into his servants minds), creation of Horcruxes, and Dark Magic.
Voldemort is a very merciliess Lord and rarely forgives his followers mistakes (certainly doesnt let them slip by without punishment) that they intend to make by their sheer humaness. He is power hungry, dark and dangerous, and always comes first in his servants needs. He has no heart and is always cold, but certainly has a soul hidden with in his precious artifacts and object.
He also possesses a dry cynical sense of humour, usually laughing at the expense of others, but also capable of laughing at himself despite his usually narcissistic demeanour. He believes he is superior to everyone around him, to the point that he frequently refers to himself in the third-person as "Lord Voldemort."

`brief history:
Tom grew up in an orphanage, but he never really felt lonely. He didn't like the kids he came to know and would quite often bully them or if things didn't work out be bullied by them. When he found out he was a wizard, he stayed silent for a while. Not understanding why his life was so different from everyone elses. Well, Now he could finally leave that horrid place and make something of himself.
He would never tell anyone, but he secretly thanked Dumbledore for giving him that. He didn't like the old fool by any means, but he always appreciated the service he had done. He never exactly appreciated work, but he took a fine interest in the Dark Arts. Eveyrthing about it fascinated him. He wanted to know more, but there were know Dark Arts classes. So, he took all the free time he could to study up on the Dark Arts, filling his head with every dark spell or method he possibly could.
In Hogwarts, he made a few acquaintances, but never any real friends - he had no need for them. He never had any girlfriends, he was just known as the evil, awkward kid, which would soon change in the future. He received good grades and charmed everyone he could to be used later. His group of 'friends' later became the first Death Eaters, following his lead.
After Hogwarts, he traveled far and wide in search of more power and followers. And find them, he did. He even discovered a way to cheat death. All you had to do was create it.
