History: Carson had never even heard of Matt Grayson until her first year on the Quidditch pitch. She had just tried out for the Ravenclaw team but had been rejected in favor of a boy. Matt found her crying in the stands late that night and helped to calm her down. That night a friendship was formed between the two. He helped to train her into the beater she has become today. Because of this Cari respects and trusts Matt.

Thoughts: "Matt is a really fun guy to be around! Whenever there is a party we are always each other's support in case one of us is a little to tipsy to get home alone. He's always been nice to me and this has made me kinda develop a secret crush on him. I'll never tell him though because I don't want to ruin our friendship over some silly emotions."

What Matt thinks of Carson: Since I had often cared for my younger siblings, it was no surprise that when I saw Carson crying I would try to comfort her. I took her under my wing teaching her everything she needed to know about being a beater. I have the slightest suspicion that Carson is crushing on me but considering that flirting is a part of our relationship, I could be wrong.

Narcissa Black

Relationship: Annoyance, Dislike

History: Narcissa and Matt haven't really ever met, though that's simply because Cissa never really cares to. Hufflepuffs were always her least favorite for some unknown reason, so she tries to keep her distance.

Thoughts: "Hm, good looks, in my opinion, won't get that boy very far. Sure, I don't know him, but nor do I care to. Consider it stubbornness if you will, I'm not interested in associating with Grayson."

What Matt thinks of Narcissa: While she is beautiful, I just could never see myself associating with her. We run in different crowds and as rude as it may sound, I'm not even interested in making her acquaintance.

Relatioship: Dislike

History: "Matt and I met when he came over to me while I was watching guys with Carson Hale. She's a nice girl, she really is, and she knows I'm gay, so we guy watch sometimes. So we're sitting there... and he comes over and he looks really mad. Carson gets in front and starts explaining things to him and... well... He didn't listen, it seems. Told me he didn't care that I was gay, but his eyes told me... told me to stay away from his girl... that she was his and his alone."

Thoughts: "I don't understand why he does not like me. He knows I am gay, Carson told him. So he should know I have no interest in her beyond friendship... and yet... he still does not like me being around her. He is too possessive and I wish I could tell him that that possessiveness might cause him to lose Carson, but I have said nothing in fear he might take it the wrong way."

What Matt thinks of Felix: I have never been one to judge, so Felix's sexuality doesn't matter to me. What bugs me is that fact that he is so close to Carson. It's not Felix, I'm sure he's a great guy. I just don't like guys around my girl.

Thoughts: Matt's an okay guy, I wish him well. Noone I really feel like I need to know, but I don't have anything bad to say about him either - well, aside from not being able to stop me out on the pitch.
