I'm not hesitating, I just don't want to rush .Bryana's green eyes glanced across the Shrieking Shack. It moaned and creaked in the wind, swaying to and fro. Bryana smirked, and gave an involuntary shiver. Chill bumps went down her spine. The thrill of a good scare had brought her here, and she hoped she would not be disappointed. It seemed pretty juvenile, to be sneaky around the shreiking shack like some adventure seeking first year. But, for some reason it felt different when you were older, thinking that you wouldn't come int terms with such danger. Bryana learned that little kids had most of the luck, seeing as though they always come out living when the go into the forest. She turned around at the sound of rustling bushes, whipping out her wand. Bryana blinked, and nearly knocked herself in the head for her stupidity. It's just the wind, idiot. Bryana told herself, shaking her head. Still, she hesitated in putting her wand back in the pocket of her robes. Her hands reached up to tighten the scarf around her neck, and she stomped off towards the Shrieking Shack. But why? Why would she be out here, causing unwanted mischeif. You always meet something or someone new when you do things you have no buisness doing. that why she was venturing the the shack. And the acoustics in there were great too. Yeah right. She arrived at the steps of the shack, and looked it up and down. Up close it didn't seem so eerie and horrible. She'd been up there before, and it was very boring the last time she went in there. She stared up at the shack, rethinking her reasons for going up there. Slightly..

Meanwhile, inside the Shrieking Shack, a long-haired Slytherin boy was reading soft poetry aloud. It would probably scare the Ravenclaw even more without her knowledge the minute she entered because the poetry was dark and creepy and his voice was soft, the tone matching the content. The poems he was reading weren't his however. Usually Felix Falora's poems were epics filled with fantasy, romance, and adventure. Anything shorter was usually happy. No, he had found this poems in another Slytherin's possession and he was happy to relieve the disciminator of them. Such literary genius did not belong in the hands of those that would misuse it.
Shadows crossing, standing tall, howling to the winds of fall, darkness rising as a sin and prickling you with unseen pins. Winds are storming, lightning flashes, fear grips your heart the minute it dashes. At the strike of midnight, your heart's no more, your existance gone by the strike of four. An Anonymous Poem... A very good poem in Felix's opinion, and he had quickly taken it from the common room. Now that he had finished that poem, he quickly dropped the scroll and moved on towards another one before picking it up and beginning to read it. Once again, it was another dark, forebading poem.

Another deep breath, and Bryana felt as if she was ready. She shook out her hands, feeling her anxiety level getting higher than usual. She took her steps quickly, and without hesitating. As she walked up the steps that led her to the front door, the creak very loudly, and she could hhear what seemed to be rats scurrying under the boards and under the house.
Her hand reached out to push the door in, and she heard a scream. She pushed it and stepped inside. The moment she did, she felt a rush of cold wind kiss her face with passion and fear. She walked as quietly as she could, but the floorboards wouldn't allow it, at all.
She turned around in a cricle, trying to see if there was anyone watching or simply there. Nope, no one that she could see at the moment. She moved into the house a bit more, just flollowing her instincts. She walked down a slightly dim hallway, and after a few moments of walking she heard a solemn and dark voice, reciting something so dark that her heart began to beat faster.
She was slightly afraid now, and she did the cumbest thing that she could do in a situation like that. "H-H-Hello?" she called out, but then stopped, now whatever it was, would know she was there. Nice time to try to escape..

The house was called the Shriking Shack for a reason and Felix expected the scream, so he did not jump in panic or stop reading when it came. However his heartbeat did start to increase. Any vampire would be able to tell that fear was gripping Felix like an iron-clad beat trap. Yet he continued to read the poetry, an ominous presence surrounding him. Did he not care that someone was entering? The truth of the matter was that he could not hear anyone who was gaining entry. But what he did hear was the voice of a girl calling. It seemed to say hello and Felix could not think of any sane person who would enter the Shrieking Shack, so he instantly assumed the worst. There was a ghost here in the house.
Felix pocketed the scrolls of poetry quickly, but stood up and moved slowly so as not to make any noise. Opening the door, the creak would most likely alert any to his presence, but he thought the shadows could possibly give him cover. Wand out and at the ready, he snuck down the hallway and towards the stairs. Still unable to see anyone, he quickly flicked his want, ready to recite the light spell, Lumos, but another scream, louder then the first, took him by surprise. With a yelp, Felix tripped and immediatelty crashed, rolling down the stairs with loud noises made each time his body his a stair. He landed hardly in front of Bryana and the pain was beginning to blur his vision. He was lucky to not have any broken bones, but he was beginning to move in-between consciounceness and unconsciounceness. "Ugggggggggh," he groaned, his eyes closed in pain, hand still gripping the wand tightly.

Bryana was afraid, of course. She and the paranormal did not get along at all. Sure, there were ghosts at Hogwarts. But her own house ghost, was an egotistical bitch. She wasn't the type to haunt people, and actually posess anyone. She was just a pain in the ass. Why am I thinknng about this right now? Bryana scolded herself, realizing the situation she was in.
She heard scrambling above her head, and the creaking of an open door. Oh Shit, Oh Shit, Oh Shit she wanted to scream so loud. She her only thoughts were of fear and the loss of her life. Yes, she had her wand firm in her hand, but what spel was she going to use on a ghost? Wingardium Leviosa? No use. Ghost could alreayd fly.
She turned around, wanting to head back for the front door, but then something bumped her leg, after it seemed to have rolled down the stairs. Bryana jumped back and yelped, not een knowing what it was, until in started groaning. "Lumos", she said, letting the tip of her wand light, pointing it towards the figure on the floor.
It was a boy, who certainly didn't look like a ghost of any kind. Another shreik rang throughout the house. She didn't know what to do about the boy, but helped him up anyway. She was almost on the verge of crying, she was afraid. She deeply hoped that it was this boy who was making all those sounds, because if there was something else in that house, they were both in deep shit. "Are you alright?" she waved her hand in front of his face.

Felix felt the mysterious girl lift him up and grimaced. The house was always known for shrieks, but he felt at ease because it had the scent of a wolf around it. He knew that wolf would most likely be hostile on full moon nights though, so he often avoided it. However, it was in the first quarter phase as of this night. Not for a while before the moon would turn full, halfway there as it may be. She asked him if he was alright and all he could do was moan and nod his head. The pain was severe, but no fatal damage was done and the headache would go away soon enough. He then examined the girl's face a little. Were he not a homosexual, he might've asked her if she was an angel. However, being that way, all he did manage to get out, in his pain included, was, "You're kinda pretty."
There was suddenly a knocking sound. Felix's head darted to look from where the knocking was coming from. And then a bash as the door was probably kicked in. Felix saw the shadow of a figure appear in the hallway. It was coming... It was coming for them... Felix wanted to move, but Bryana was still holding him and she was not moving. Move... MOVE! We need to get away! Felix's mind screamed in a panic.

Bryana breathed a silent sigh of relief when he was able to respond. She would gone nuts if she was in that stuation with a dead person. She'd probably would've gone to Azkaban for awhile on murder. Well..maybe she could've visited a few of her cousins. But..anyway she wasn't the type of person to kill, and she was glad he wasn't dead.
She then heard him say something, and looked over at him. You're kinda pretty. he said, which made her blush a little. "Thanks." she smiled nicely, until she heard a knocking sound. Her head jerked towards the sound, and the moment she did she saw a looming figure.
She stood up, obviously startled. What was she going to do? She didn't want to leave the adorable guy there helpless, because she knew that she could run. And, she didn't want to stya there, risking her life for someone she didn't know.
She turned around to see the eerie look in in the boy's eyes, staring at the figure. She took out her wand and said, "Impedimenta!" slowing down whatever the figure was. She picked up the boy at his shoulders as hard as she could, and dragged him into a room behind the the stairs.
When she got into the room, she saw a piano some couches and fallen curtains. "Mobiliarbus!" she pushed the piano in front of the closed door. She then turned to the boy and screamed. "What the bloody hell is that thing?"

(Hope you don't mind dementors... I think a dark wizard might've kicked the door in before letting them loose.)
Before they got away, Felix managed to catch a glimpse of the hooded figure floating across the ground. He wondered why he heard no more noise after that. His eyes widened and his mind went into overdrive. Move, damnit! Why can't you move?!... I'm not yelling at the girl, I'm yelling at you! Move, you damned gay prick, move! Despite that, his legs had been frozen in fear, so it was the girl that had carried him away. They made it up to a room before the girl blocked it with everything she could. Then she asked what it was and Felix sighed before answering.
"Dementors... Unearthly creatures... Evil and cold-hearted... Part of... his army," Felix hissed. "They make the world seem cold... Take away all the happiness inside you... but don't ever let them keep you down enough for them to pull their hood off... If they pull their hood off, they'll perform The Kiss... And then they take your soul... You'd rather be dead then have them do that to you... At least... I would..."

(of course not! this is going to be short..) Bryana heard the loud bumping and jumping going around outside the door, like there was sometime type of wild party. They're probably getting ready to kill me she thought, tears beginning to sweel up in her eyes. Why, did she have to have a taste of adventure? What was that supposed to morally mean? If she wanted fear, she could've simply tried to look Slughorn in the eye. But she was just too damn stubborn. She heard the boy begin to ramble and completely blow his top. She looked at the door and then hurried over to him. "I know what they are. Just..just..why are they here? And who are you? Did you do something too bother them? Should I throw you out there right now?" she asked wanting to know everything he knew. After all, he was in there first and he must've known a bit about what was going on.

Felix shook his head. "I don't know why they're here... Maybe they were sent by my father considering I betrayed him and his Death Eater ways. He was always high in his ranks, so perhaps he got the ability to control those soulstealers." Then he was asked his name. "My name is Felix Falora. Nice to meet you." Then he was asked if he did anything to bother those dementors. "Of course not. I was just here, reading poetry to myself." Then he was asked if he should be thrown out to them. "What, are you ****in' insane?!" Felix snapped like any normal person under fear would if asked whether they should be offered to a soul sucked demon or not.
He heard them scratching at the door. Soon they'd break in. He gripped his wand tightly, trying to summon his happiest moment. They broke in and he had it. He stood, flicked his wand, and cried out, "Expecto Patronum!" A silvery-white wolf shot out and hit the dementors, striking them and repelling them away. As the wolf lunged for its pray, the soul-stealers began to retreat until none of them remained. Felix dismissed the patronus and then began to gasp for air as it had taken up quite a deal of his energy to summon the patronus.

"So, it was you..reading that dreadful stuff! Well thanks a lot, Felix!" she put her hands on her hips in a motherly fashion. She shook her head and snapped, "You'd be fucking insane if you were this confused. I came in here expecting a few boggarts and some rats. Not Dementors!" This was absolute chaos she didn't wish to be apart of any longer. She wouldn't be suprised if she'd ended up dead on the floor of the shrieking shack, by time this was over, no one even remembering her body.
But, at the most unexpected moment, the door was broken down, the piano along with it. And more terrors than imagined burst through the door with rage. While the dementors backed away because of Felix's patronus but the wolf still sped towards the both of them.
"Stupefy!" Bryana held her wand at the beast, causing it to fly backwards and hit the wall. When it got up, it growled once more, and then skimpered out of the house. Probably going to wreak havoc somewhere else. She lowered her wand, once she hoped that the coast was clear. Then she returned her gaze to Felix who was obviously ready to pass out.
"Nice Patronus." she complimented, on the account that he basically just saved her life. "But, we have to get out of here now." she continued. "While..we can."

Werewolf... How could there be a werewolf? It's not... It's not possible... If it were a full moon, I would... He was still confused, but maybe... maybe it was because he had been in here before the moon's rays could strike him. Should I stay in here? Am I safe from transformation if I stay away from the moon? Felix began to think in panic. However, Bryana suggested escape. Despite his worry, Felix knew she was right. Besides... I have Wolfsbane on me if something goes wrong, Felix thought. He sighed and stood up shakily. "Yeah... I suppose you're right... So let's go."
He led the way. The stairs creaked as they went down. No more sounds came from the house as they made their way to the front door. Felix threw the door open and...
(Your choice... full moon or not.)

((I like making choices )) Bryana nodded and then Felix began to lead the way. It felt like forever to get them down the stairs. She felt that something else was going to pop out at them any moment. Every one in a while she would jump. When they got to the bottom of the stairs, they made their way to the front door. Yes..we're going to get out of here. she breathed relieved, and when they opened the door..it made a huge noise which caused Bryana to jump SO high. "Sorry, I'm a little jumpy now." she said. They made their way out of the door, Bryana looked up at the night sky. "It's amazing how so much could've happened but the sky still stayed so peaceful." she said, once they were far away from the shack. She looked up at the sky once more, and the clouds were seperating, revealing a big pretty, full moon. "It's so pretty." she said, not paying attention to Felix.

"I can't believe we finally made it," Felix agreed. The long hours in the Shrieking Shack had tested his nerves. He had been reading poetry to avoid the fear that had been instilled in his heart due to actually being inside the house. "I am glad that is over though... But... Why? Why were dementors after us?" If I'm not mistaken, dementors do not discriminate between allies and enemies. They will "kiss" anyone they see. With a sigh of relief, he took one step forward.
And then the clouds seperated to reveal a full moon. The minute the rays touched Felix, he felt a strange welling inside his body. Movement... and then... pain... "GRAAAAAH!" Felix growled as he fell against the door. His whole body was shaking as he reached into his robe pocket. Pulling out a flask while panting wildly, his head flinging back once in pain, he opened the flask and began to drink from it. The way he shook, it was only natural that some of the drink would start dripping to the ground. However, most of it got down and odds were the effects would keep him tame. But he still snarled at Bryana. "Run! Back to the castle! NOW!"

"I don't..know. They could've just been there I suppose. I mean.. Dumbledore should know about this." she suggested, with the best sense that she could. It was rare that Bryana didn't know the depth of the situation that she was in. This, being one of the few cases.
Then in the midst of the peace period, she heard Felix start growling. He pulled out a flask, and Bryana backed away, knowing exactly what was going on. She'd just never met one before. Run! Back to the castle NOW! she heard him say. She gasped looking at his struggling figure once more, and began to back away, and then she turned to run away. Once she was far away, she stopped and thought about it. It would really awkward if the two ever met again.
