alright, just like the title says, i am looking for moderators and staff members for the site. i'm looking for staff members that i can depend on, and people that will not disappear off the face of the earth as soon as they get the spiffy title. as well, i would like to get to know you first. this is to prevent possible future conflict, and it would make things go more smoothly on both sides. if you are still interested in the site, please fill out the application below. as well, even if you fill out the application, there is no guarantee you will get the position. if i do refuse your application, there will probably be a good reason. if you think that the reason is unfair or anything, please pm me about it. as well, the moderators will not be decided upon immediately, i will wait for a few applications to be submitted before reviewing them. thank you in advance!
right now, i'm looking for various mods. the jobs that they would do would be quite different, but include the following:
- advertisement mod (0/1): in this job, you would have to keep the advertisement boards clean. this includes, but is not limited to, changing the titles of the ads to all lowercase with no extra symbols, advertising back on sites that post in the first time thread, moving the advertisements to the checked advertisements, making sure that we have an ad on the forums that post in the linking back sub-board, and generally keeping the whole place clean.
- application mod (0/3): in this job, you would be in charge of checking through each application. by checking through, i do not mean scan, i mean to actually read through the applications. certain applications would have to be weeded out, including people who are related to canons. as well, the personality, history, and appearance would have to meet our requirements, and everything must be filled out. to qualify for this, you must have an exceptional application yourself. this way, i will know that your standards are high and you know what you're doing and talking about.
- ic and ooc board mods (0/4): in this job, you will be responsible for checking through the boards daily for threads that are either finished or dead. if you find one, you'll move it to the sewers. as well, it will be your responsibility to tag threads if they get to graphic, such as adding a simple [R] to the title. as well, it will be your job to resolve conflicts in the ooc board as well as in the ic boards if the need arises. you will also be monitoring the c-box for offensive threads. as welll, reccently there has been a ton of spam bots posting unrelated and annoying threads in the board. it will be your job to report the thread to me so that i can ban the ip addresses linked to the poster and whatnot.
- event co-ordinator (0/?): this mod will be in charge of coming up with events such as the christmas ball, valentines day ball, etc. they will be in charge with setting up the sub-board as well as coming up with an interesting plot that would happen during hte course of the event. they will also have to co-ordinate with members from the different groups (ex: order of the phoenix, death eaters, etc) to ensure that people will show up at the right time.
as you can see, the jobs are not that easy. also, i will be extremely picky about choosing mods, and you must be a member of the site for already a week or two, and show me that you are able to be active. the only exception i will make to this rule is if i know you as a mod from another site that i have been on and know that you are an exceptional rper as well as an active member. if this is the case, please link me to the site in question. again, please fill out the application below! thanks again.

Which Position: Advertisement or Application Mod, either or.
Reasons: Well for startes I love this site, and I'll do anything that needs to be done. The only thing i CAN'T do however is coding and skins. Other than that I pretty much know how to do everything else.
Member: Yes I'm already a member, Obviously lol.
Rp Experience: Around 7 or so Years, and if I posted all the Links to sites I've been on We'd be here all day. I've been on too many, so If you really want some tell me, and I'll post some ones I'm on now, though they aren't very active. Some probably look pretty dead.
Mod Experience: Yes, and admin Experience too but all have since died and I no longer have any links, and I have my site that I'm doing but it isn't finished yet, but heres the link.

Which Position: Application mod, or Event Coordinator
Reasons: I would like to do whatever I can to help improve the site. I'm pretty versatile when it comes to doing things around a site because i've run a site or two before on my own. I will be very good at whatever position I am put in, and I will do what I can with other things as well. For example, if I am an application mod, once my job is finished, ill run through the IC and OOC boards and make sure everything is being dealt with accordingly. Ill even help and advertise the board whenever I get the chance.

Rp Experience: Long time, probably six years. How many sites? Maybe ten, hard to say an exact number. If you want links, ill send some of them to you in PM.
Mod Experience: I was the main admin for my own site. I recently closed down the site because I realized how many people knew what the storyline was actually about. (not many, it's not a well known manga I guess. LINK
